Mike has been in love with the moving image his entire life. As a child, he produced "documentaries" that always seemed to revolve around a mysterious killer, his own feet and a local cat. His parents praised his groundbreaking work - and ability to keep himself busy.

As he began looking for inspiration beyond his own backyard, Mike began his professional career in earnest. His first big success came with the nationally televised episodic series Truthhorse, for which Mike served as actor, writer, co-director and editor.

A naturally collaborative soul, Mike soon co-founded studio m digital productions with two talented local filmmakers. With studio m, Mike has worked on documentary productions in South Africa and Sri Lanka, produced content for clients in Miami and New York and for top brands such as Coca-Cola, the World Poker Tour and Gillette.
